When it comes to drying, we have specialized equipment for all situations. Ceiling and wall cavity drying machines. We can save your hardwood floors with our hard wood floor drying system. We also offer Heat Drying for rapid drying in specialized applications, such as crawl spaces and basements.
When it comes to mold, in addition to conventional cleaning methods we are one of only a handful of companies in California that have a Dry Ice Blaster for mold removal. Dry Ice Blasting is the most effective method for removing mold from contaminated building
materials. It is ideal for cleaning in hard to reach places and around wires and plumbing. The process leaves a carbonic acid residue that will help prevent future mold growth. The dry ice itself will sublimate into the air leaving less to clean up during final cleaning.
We work with all insurance companies and will bill them directly as a convenience to our customers. We also understand that not all losses are covered or there may be no insurance at all. In these situations, where possible, we will work with the customer to find an affordable solution to the problem.
