Most experts agree Your "Professional Inspector" should have the Experience of 1000+ Inspections and many, many years of Construction / Remodeling to insure that you receive the best inspection available.
I will personally go through your home with a fine toothed comb, regardless if it is brand new or aging.
Remember that cheaper is not always better. My prices are average and not the highest or lowest found, because I include an average of 20 + digital photographs designed into the Computer Generated Report with many FYI's and recommendations for preventive maintenance, so that you will know about, and how to maintain, your home.
My reports are delivered by email within a maximum of 24 hours. A well written, easy to understand report can not be "composed" or "created" on site or the inspection would last all day, as it takes an average of 2.5 hours for the inspection and 2.5 hours to write the report.
