TREC Lic. #4319 Philo Ramos, a Graduate Engineer, has personally performed close to 3,000 Home Inspections in the Metroplex, over the last ten years. Prior to becoming licensed as a Professional Inspector, Philo worked for 20 years in engineering, construction, and environmental assessments.
