"Home Safe Inspection Services, LLC" is a "Full Service" home inspection company serving the expanded Triangle Area of North Carolina. "Home Safe" has 35-years of experience with Residential Inspection Services, Loss Prevention Inspection Services, Construction, and Engineering.
"Home Safe" provides a broad range of inspection services to address the needs of our clients. These services include residential inspection services, water quality testing & analysis, septic system testing & evaluation, radon testing, mold sampling, etc. These services can be bundled together to reduce the cost for required inspection services as well as scheduling convenience. Construction experience includes the construction and renovation of over 3-million Square feet of property.
"Home Safe Inspection’s Report" is presented in a typed comprehensive narrative and check list style format, that has been designed to deliver information in both a quick to read and easy to understand, but thorough manner. Digital photographs are included on an as required basis to insure that the full scope and location of the problem can be easily identified.
"Home Safe Inspection’s Reports" are constructed in a manner that meets and exceeds the standards of practice as set forth by the "North Carolina Home Inspectors Licensure Board" and the "ASHI". "Inspection Reports" are delivered by e-mail within 24 hours of the inspection.
