WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN AN INSPECTION IS ORDERED
I. You or your agent will contact us to schedule an inspection.
II. Inspection will be performed at the schedule time, it generally takes 15 to 25 minutes.
III. Inspector will collect the Inspection fee , Cash or Check made out to Home Certified Inspections Inc.
Note: Add $15 for Palm or Monroe counties, Add $15 for weekend inspections.
IV. The proper forms will be filled out and sent, with photos, to the insurance agent within the next business day for processing, along with a copy e-mailed or faxed to the homeowner for their records.
V. Agent will receive adjusted premium from the insurance company upon receipt and review of the mitigation forms. This rate reduction will be valid for 5 years.
