DESCRIPTION
Guided Inspections is a Round Rock based Real Estate inspection company that offers services on existing residential, new homes, condos, multi-units, pre-listing inspections and warranty inspections.
My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible with the sometimes daunting task of purchasing a new home and to help alleviate some of the associated stress. Superior customer service is a top priority; before, during and after the inspection.
I strongly encourage that you be present and involved during the inspection, if possible, and ask lots of questions. You will receive your inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection, complete with color digital photos for added clarification. Reports can be e-mailed or downloaded from www.guidedinspections.com.
After you receive your report, I will be available to review and explain the items within the report with you in a way that is easy to understand. I want to make the inspection process easier on you by clearly explaining any deficiencies found in the home rather than bogging you down with unclear technical jargon. Everything identified during the inspection will be included on the report in great detail.
