"We were referred to Bob Lehman by a neighbor who had Creative Deck Designs build a deck. We like the finished product, so we interviewed Bob ourselves.
Bob provided a very thorough presentation including on-the-spot sketches & product line samples; however, we still felt like we needed to do more research & extended our interviews to 5 competitors. While prices varied from $12K to $23K, not all companies were willing to oversee the electrical/lighting & patio portions & said we would have to contract those components of the project ourselves.
CDD said they could & they DID handle EVERYTHING. We were willing to pay slightly more for the security of having all the work well supervised and warrantable by one company. The permit process took about a week but work began shortly thereafter.
The crew showed up on time, were courteous & cleaned up daily. Chris, CDD's Office Manager, was available during regular business hours via phone and/or e-mail to discuss billing/receipts."
