Applied Property Inspections provides a variety of services for potential home buyers with detailed and thorough home inspections. Our home inspectors have completed literally thousand of inspections for thousands of more than satisfied buyers.
Additionally, our home inspectors have years and years of experience to exceed all of your home inspections needs. Our inspectors will start on the outside of the home-inspecting everything from the foundation and the grading, up to the roof-including inspections of the soffits, guttering, flashing, shingles, etc.
Inside the home, they start at the basement or crawlspace and go up to the attic-checking everything in between…electrical, plumbing, heating & cooling, appliances, doors,windows, outlets; EVERYTHING! Typically, potential homeowners have 5-15 days to complete their home inspection. Therefore, we work on a relatively short window scheduling inspections 6 days a week including evenings and Saturdays.
Upon the completion of the inspection, our inspectors will present you with a complete verbal overview of all major concerns, minor concerns and potential issues so you will have immediate negotiation tools.
You will receive a very detailed 20+ page report along with full color photographs within 24 hours of the inspection. (We do offer on site inspection reports as well) We also preform reinspections on repairs made by the seller after your negotiations are made.
