Choosing a Home Inspector can be a challenging task. Here is why you should choose me:
Time: A thorough Home Inspection takes time. My inspections usually take 2-4 hours (...or more) depending on the size, construction and age. High end homes of 4000 square feet and more may take the better part of a day.
Thoroughness: Since I'm spending the most time on your inspection, I'm going to look at things and go places that other inspectors may not. Assuming that it's safe, I go up onto roofs, go into the attic and into crawl spaces.
Detail: I give you a comprehensive report with detailed descriptions and photos the same day of the inspection. I slso include recommendations on what steps are required to resolve a specific issue.
Finally, I provide a free 90 Day Limited Home Warranty from American Home Warranty Company with each Home Inspection.
